You can get a semi-truck and trailer inspected here, there's room to turn around and a good wide entrance. After an inspection like this you don't have to worry about a roadside check by the ITD.

Common questions before your inspection

No – we inspect vehicles on a walk-in basis during opening hours. If you want to check how long the line is, just call before you come. It's usually quietest between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
Just your vehicle registration certificate. It also helps to check your lights, tires and basic fluid levels before you come – it often speeds things up. If your car has an LPG system, also bring the inspection report and decision from the TDT (Poland's Transport Technical Supervision authority) confirming your LPG tank certification. Taxis also need a taximeter verification certificate, and ADR vehicles (dangerous goods) need the required documents issued by the TDT.
A standard car inspection usually takes about 20–30 minutes. The exact time depends on your vehicle's condition and the type of inspection, but most are done within half an hour. More complex inspections, or ones where we find defects, can take longer.
Yes. You can sit in our waiting room with Wi-Fi or watch your car being inspected – the whole process is open, no secrets.
The inspector will show you exactly what needs fixing. Once the defects are repaired, you come back for a re-inspection – and you don't pay the full price again, only a fee based on the type of defect, as set by law for re-inspections.
